Aura Blaster is a software-as-a-service platform operated by TipaSoft Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). The service lets you ("you," "Customer") connect messaging channels, review and send AI-drafted replies to incoming messages, and work through outbound promotion tasks (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
By signing up or using the Service you affirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a contract and agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws. We may revise these Terms periodically; if significant changes are made we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Aura Blaster helps you collect, manage, and respond to conversations across connected channels (such as Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and website chat) and to plan and execute outbound promotion tasks. Provided you comply with these Terms and pay any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at vladimir@vbar.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the content you and your contacts exchange through the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — to store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content on your behalf, including submitting conversation context to AI providers to generate draft replies. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to connect each channel and to communicate with your contacts through it.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft messages. Drafts are suggestions: you review, edit, approve, or discard them, and a message you approve is sent as your own. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate, and you are solely responsible for every message sent from your account, whether approved manually or sent by automation you enabled.

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Stripe). New subscriptions may include a free trial; when the trial ends, your chosen plan is charged automatically unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice effective from your next billing period.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, Twilio, Stripe, and Calendly) using credentials and authorizations you provide. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we are not responsible for their actions or outages. Your use of each connected platform through the Service must comply with that platform's terms and policies.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination your license to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 10, and 11) survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipaSoft Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
